HOOC Alert is more than a simple alarm system. Thanks to its divers’ functions, it can be easily adapted and parametrized to every customer’s needs. HOOC Alert allows to define in advance who should be informed in case of a system failure, under which conditions and over which channel an alarm should be sent, in which intervals it has to be repeated and how the escalation processes should be organized.
