HOOC credits as well as digital HOOC products can be purchased in the shop under personal Account -> Shop. After entering the billing address, the shop lists the available items ready for purchase.

Once you have completed your purchase, you will be forwarded to our payment provider. Payment for the products is made by credit card.
In the settings, you can click on the icon to change the billing address for future purchases. For sales to B2B customers in the EU, a valid VAT number is mandatory.
Please note that the billing information cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
Actions for changing the payment information as well as for viewing the invoice history are also available.
After an order has been placed, it may take a few minutes for the orders and the purchased licence keys to be displayed.
The last 10 invoices as well as the most important information about the purchases are listed in the corresponding tables.
HOOC Credits are topped up directly to the personal Account -> HOOC Credits.
