The contact data are displayed in your own sites and any customer accounts created as information about the owner.
The notes entered can be changed in the personal Account -> Notes.
The personal security settings can be changed in the personal Account -> Security.
Two-factor authentication provides an additional layer of security for the HOOC Solution. It ensures that only you can access your account, even if someone else knows your password.
In order to use two-factor authentication, an application is required that manages the TOTP key provided by HOOC. Below is a possible selection:

To set up your two-factor authentication, follow the steps below:
Two-factor authentication is then activated for future logins.
It is recommended to generate backup codes and keep them in a safe place. This is for the case if your device set up with the configure TOTP app gets lost.
If the password of the account is to be changed, use the Password change form. To do so, follow the instructions in the HOOC ManagementPortal.
If the e-mail address of the account is to be changed, use the e-mail change form. To do so, follow the instructions in the HOOC ManagementPortal.
Delete user account: If the user account is to be permanently removed, you can do this by pressing the corresponding action button.
Convert user account to type supporter: If a reseller or customer account was created by mistake, the account type can be changed using the action button. The change can only be carried out if no systems and services have been set up under that account.
The message center can be configured in the personal Account -> Message center.
Notification channels: The notification channels provided can be switched on or off in these settings. These settings can also be made in the HOOC ClientApp.
Email notification topics: HOOC sends information on various topics by email. You can set which topics you want to be informed about. You will be informed about these topics regardless of the notification channels you have set.
Each HOOC user can manage their individual notifications themselves. The rules are configured in the same way as for the HOOC Notification Center, with the exception that you can only send messages to yourself.
The latest messages are listed in the inbox. These messages can also be viewed in the HOOC ClientApp under Messages.
