HOOC Credits are used to bill charges of paid services and functions of the HOOC solution. In addition, fees incurred for outgoing telephone calls or text messages from the Notification Centre are also billed using HOOC Credits.
There are several ways to top up the account balance:
This function can be used if HOOC Credits are purchased via the shop. If the value falls below a predefined threshold, a new order is automatically placed in the shop. This allows to automate the billing of paid services and functions.
Settings can be made for the notification source type Crediting. The notification source can be used in the Notification Center in the personal Account -> Own notifications, as well as under Services -> Notification Center. The settings are made by clicking on the icon.

You can use your account as Payment owner for one or more management levels (reseller/customer/sites). This means that fees for paid services of the configured management levels are debited directly from your credit balance.
To set yourself up as the Payment owner of a management level, you must select the Use my personal account as payment owner action in the corresponding management level under Account -> Credits. Further settings can be made by clicking on the icon.
Open transactions of HOOC Credits are shown in this list. The list updates hourly. Please note these points regarding the processing of transfer bookings:
The bookings overview shows the bookings of the last month in tabular form. A report (up to the last 18 months) of the summarized or detailed booking data can be created and downloaded by clicking on the icon.
