Individual plan
Overview
The individual plan of a management level (reseller, customer, site) can be viewed in the respective account under Scope of services -> Individual plan.
If the settings are changed, the settings can be applied using the Apply new plan action. After confirming the booking request, the settings of the new plan are verified by HOOC. This results in two possible processes:
- The change is accepted immediately: The new plan comes into effect immediately.
- The change will be reviewed: The final decision is sent by e-mail. If this is positive, the changes come into force immediately. Otherwise, the current plan stays in place until further notice.
Settings
The settings for a new plan can be set in the table. If the settings are changed, the monthly fees for the new plan are recalculated and displayed.
Please note the following points when creating a new individual plan:
- When the booking request is confirmed, the minimum term (See Scope of services>Price list) is applied to the customized properties.
- In the event that the minimum term of a property has not yet expired, the costs must still be paid in full. If you adjust the functionality at a later date, a new minimum term will start again.
